2 Junior High EOWL Champions and 12th out of 27 teams!

The Junior High Wrestling Falcons had a tremendous weekend at one of the toughest league tournaments in the state. With only 4 wrestlers competing they were able to take 12th out of 27 teams. Jefferson Wrestling Club – Open to High School and Junior High until November 15th

Wrestling: Lifting and Open Mats Until Season Starts

All American Confernce Announces 2017 All Conference Wrestling Team. Austin Norris named White Tier Wrestler of the Year

The Jefferson Falcons Wrestlers take home all AAC Honors in Wrestling. Leading the charge was 6th place State Finisher Austin Norris who was name Wrestler of the year in the White Tier. Teammates Jason Mayes and Joshua Biatts received 1st team all league honors while Mike Hamski and Clay Smock brought home second team honors.

Winter Sports Awards will take place on Monday

The Winter Sports Awards Banquet will take place on Monday March 13th starting at 7:00 p.m in the high school cafeteria. Teams will then depart to their separate areas for their individual team awards.

With a 3rd place finish at the Alliance District, Austin Norris qualified to compete this weekend at the OHSAA state wrestling tournament in Columbus.
