The 8th grade boys lost their season opener to an undefeated, 7-0, Perry Pirate squad.
The falcons fall to 0-1 on the year and look to pick up their first win on Thursday at Girard.
Cubbison led the way for Perry with 20 points.
Hitchcock led the Falcons with 13 while Payne added 8.
